After India had relatively successful overseas matches,the players are back from their heavy schedules of playing back to back games. They had a good run in the ODI series against both Australia and New Zealand.

The team, lead by Virat Kohli won their first ever test as well as ODI series win in Australia.After that the team is in their hometown with their respective families and is having quite a happy time ahead of The World Cup of 2019 in England.

Though they will be back soon playing matches against Australia in the limited over series, now they are just finding ways to spend some days unwinding the heavy game season.

Yuzvendra Chahal is one of the most active cricketers on social media. He has had multiple friendly banters with his teammates and he seems to enjoy his time quite a bit.

After India’s practice session in Vishakhapatnam for the first T20I against Australia, Chahal shared a picture on Twitter with Rohit Sharma and Krunal Pandya sharing a light moment with the leg-spinner. The 28-year-old Haryana lad captioned it as “My reaction when they tell me you’re batting at number 3 tomorrow..”. The story behind the caption might be something to do with Chahal’s batting in New Zealand and his interview with Rohit Sharma on bcci.tv.

Chahal was India’s top-scorer in the fourth ODI in New Zealand as he remained unbeaten on 18. In one of the interviews he does on Chahal TV (on bcci.tv), he asked Rohit Sharma who was the stand-in skipper at that time for a promotion in the batting order.

Rohit Sharma and Yuzvendra Chahal share a really good relationship both on and off the field. The two are seen commentating on each other’s pictures on social media and trying to pull each other’s legs. The Indian limited-overs vice-captain has tried trolling Chahal on multiple occasions in the recent past and the leggie hasn’t stayed too far behind as well. He has tried to reply in the same humour.

Rohit Sharma posted the same picture that Chahal posted today but he had a different caption to it. He had a special name in store for Chahal. Rohit termed the leggie as the GOAT of Instagram. Rohit’s caption on Instagram read, “When the #GoatOfInstagram makes a joke it’s mandatory for us commoners to laugh.”
