Kollywood’s comedy actor Yogi Babu who is also concentrating in acting as lead in films, is pretty much active in the micro blogging social media site, Twitter. A fan said that the films Vijay acted with Yogi Babu were all became a flop as a reaction to the announcement on the actor joins with the actor in “Thalapathy 66”. Yogi simply replied to him with a “Thank you” and grabbed the attention of the online users.

After appearing as a junior artist in “LolluSabha”, a spoof program, Yogi Babu worked hard to get a place for himself in Tamil cinema. By doing minor roles in films, the actor got his face recognized and went on to do pivotal roles as a comedian.

His first major breakthrough came from a film named ” Maan Karate” of Sivakarthikeyan and some of his notable works are “Yamiruka Bayamey”, “Kaaka muttai” etc. “Kolamavu Kokila” of Nayanthara gained Yogi Babu a hero status and the actor’s film as a solo lead “Mandela” became one of the most talked about, widely appreciated film.

Babu acted with all top tier actors including Rajinikanth, Vijay and Ajith. The actor recently announced that he is going to act alongside Vijay in his upcoming film “Thalapathy 66”. Yogi Babu who is pretty much active in Twitter with 5 lakh plus followers, never missed to interact with them through his films.

On seeing his announcement about joining hands with Thalapathy Vijay for one more time, a fan came up with a reply saying that all the films Yogi Babu acted with Vijay has became a flop in the past. The fan also said that “Sarkar” made ace director A. R Rahman to get out of the Tamil film industry and “Bigil” became a reason for Atlee to leave Tamil film industry.
