Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli got extremely upset after knowing that one of his fans breached his privacy by entering his room and recording a video of it while he was not there. The cricketer, said that he could understand the excitement of his fans but won’t encourage these kind of activities through his post.

“I understand that fans get very happy and excited seeing their favourite players and get excited to meet them and I’ve always appreciated that. But this video here is
appalling and it’s made me feel very paranoid about my privacy” said the cricketer while sharing the video.

“If l cannot have privacy in my own hotel room, then where can I really expect any personal space at all?? I’m NOT okay with this kind of fanaticism and absolute invasion of privacy. Please respect people’s privacy and not treat them as a commodity for entertainment” he requested through his post.

The video showed a person recording a video of Virat’s room which consists his things such as spectacles, writing table, his wardrobe etc.

Many cricketers and celebrities including David Warner, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan commented on the post of Kohli condemning the person who breached Virat’s privacy.

The 33 year old cricketer, recently made his come back in the Asia cup by scoring a century against Afghanistan. In the crucial league match against Pakistan in the ongoing world Cup tournament, the cricketer reminded the world how good he is as a batsman.

In that match, Kohli scored 82 runs from 53 balls with 6 sixes and 4 fours. While majority amount of viewers and experts believed the match to be going in favour of the Babar Azam led team, Kohli changed the result single handedly with two back to back sixes in the last two balls of the 19th over.

However, the team lost their next match against South Africa by scoring just 134 runs in the first innings. Few mis-fields and dropped catches costed Indiana the match despite Arshdeep managed to pick early wickets.
