Actor Vikram who is fondly called as “Chiyaan” Vikram by his fans, is one of the seasoned actors in the Tamil film industry. Known for his dedication, Vikram is considered as one of the most versatile actor after Kamal Haasan. Some of his prominent roles are from the movies Sethu, Pithamagan, Anniyan, Dheiva Thirumagal, I etc. Recently, the high profile actor who proved himself as one of the finest performer, proved himself as a good father to his son by making him to act in a solid film as his debut in Kollywood. We have heard that the actor stayed with the crew of the film throughout the making of it to make sure that Dhruv is doing good. Now in a way of proving it, Dhruv has shared a video in his official twitter account.

Earlier, director Bala’s completed version of the Arjun Reddy remake, titled Varmaa, which was initially scheduled for release in March 2019. However it was scrapped at the last moment, after the film’s production house, E4 Entertainment, announced that they were not happy with the final product. They went on to shoot a new version from scratch with an almost completely new crew, retaining only the lead, Dhruv, and Arjun Reddy-music director, Radhan. Many believed that it is decision of Vikram to scrap the film as he wanted a better film as his son’s debut.

After the release, Adithya Varma which received mixed reviews, gained Dhruv a fame that his father expected. He received Vikatan award in the best debut hero category and many praised his performance by saying that he did it like an experienced actor. Few even expected Dhruv and Vikram to share screen space in a project like “Godfather” as Al pacino and Marlon Brando respectively. Little did they know, that the duo already shared screen space for “Adhithya Varma”. Yes, the recent post that Dhruv shared in his official instagram account, shows Vikram playing a role which could have been done by a junior artist.

In the song “Dhooram”, a man can be seen informing Dhruv about the arrival of Banita Sandhu to his campus. The man who lasts for just few seconds in the frame was played by none other than our very own “Chiyaan” Vikram.
