Vijayalakshmi Agathiyan is a Tamil actress, the daughter of the national award-winning Tamil movie director Agathiyan. This beautiful, petite Chennai-based actress, who has acted in hits such as Chennai 600028 and Anjathey, is recently participated in the BIGG BOSS reality show which was telecasted in Vijay Tv.

Vijayalakshmi is a B. Tech graduate from Easwari Engineering College (SRM) and the second out of three girls. Vijayalakshmi Feroz walked out of Nayagi serial, had entered the Bigg Boss Tamil 2 house as a wild-card entrant.

Vijayalakshmi started her career as an actress with Venkat Prabhu’s Chennai 600028. Since then, she has acted in over 10 movies including Vana Yuddham, Attahasa, Biriyani and Rendavathu Padam among others.

Rendavathu Padam is an unreleased venture of director C.S Amudhan who directed the only spoof movie franchise of Indian Cinema. After finishing Tamizh padam 1, Amudhan started working for his second film titling it as “Rendavathu Padam”.

Along with Vijayalakshmi the film starred Vimal, ASravind Akash, Richard. The team has completed the shooting but the movie has not yet been released due to financial troubles.

Following the unfortunate drop of the movie, Vijaylakshmi appeared in the sequel of Chennai 28. While she was entering the BIGG BOSS House C.S Amudhan who watched the promo supported her entry by tweeting about it.

Vijayalakshmi entered like a free-spirited girl, who was very active and energetic. She is quite straight-forward. She left her son Nilan with her husband Feroz and entered the house.

Vijayalakshmi was mentally and physically strong. She was a  perfect contestant to give a good fight to other task performers. Vijayalakshmi competed with everyone in all tasks with the right spirit. The Actress also faced criticism for expressing her opinion in a rude manner.

Many praised her for being a tough competitor against both Mumtaz and Aishwarya who had strong fan following. After coming out of the house she has been seen very active on the social media platforms especially in twitter.

After a long time since coming out of the house Vijayalakshmi witnessed the tweet from the director and replied. She replied exactly two month later the director’s tweet. Her tweet read “Awww @csamudhan .. that was sweet”
