The Hindi remake of Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Singh’s Arjun Reddy, titled Kabir Singh, had been in the news for quite some time now. The teaser of Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani’s Kabir Singh is finally out now and fans are in awe of the actor. Arjun Reddy was one of Vijay’s most highly praised films and Shahid seems perfect to play the lead in the Hindi remake of this film. Kabir Singh’s teaser is quite similar to that of Arjun Reddy and fans are impressed that the makers haven’t changed much in the remake. Fans of the South Indian actor are getting nostalgic while those of the Bollywood actor are in awe of him.

Well, Shahid does leave you excited for the film. We cannot wait for Vijay Deverakonda to also watch the teaser and tweet his opinion on the same. Even though Kiara Advani is seen in just one scene in the teaser, we are pretty sure we’re going to see more of her in the trailer. The actor announced that the trailer will also be out pretty soon. Speaking about playing the lead role, Shahid said, “I usually don’t watch too many films in Telugu and it surprised me with its tonality, rawness, simplicity and the fact that it was so real and believable. The character is very fascinating for me as an actor because the emotional arc… is very original. I loved it and Vijay Deverakonda, who played Arjun, did it so well.”

Meanwhile, the actor who did it in the original verstion reacted to it through his official twitter account. In his tweet he said “Kabir Singh! Sending my love and best wishes to my men @imvangasandeep, @ShahidKapoor & the lady @Advani_Kiara.”
