Dancing for the song “tai Tai Phissh” from the film “Chillar Party”, Saloni welcomes Snehal who enters the familiar path leading to her house. Then she dances down the path and meets her sister halfway. The vibe Saloni carried infected the entire atmosphere that even Snehal started dancing with her.
The joy continues till their mother came and took Aarti for both. This pandemic has made people to face some tough times. For a family which has a member who tested positive, it absolute agony for them. Many people who have mild symptoms are also being ostracized by the public. The family of the sisters has went through lot such experience, according to reports. Their father had symptoms of the virus because of which he got admitted in the hospital. Along with him Snehal, and their grandparents also tested positive which left Saloni isolated in her own house alone.
Though her relatives visited her often to check on her, neighbours of the young lady didn’t even smile at her. “She had not shared what she was going through when we were undergoing treatment. It was only when it became impossible for her to bear the isolation that she briefly mentioned about the neighbour’s attitude” said Snehal to the media. The sheer joy and enthusiasm was an impact of the loneliness Saloni went through all these days. The video has been celebrated by the netizens and it is indeed a much needed positivity amidst the pandemic situation.
Saloni who didn’t expect the video to go viral, says that the dance was the perfect stress buster for her. She said that she knew about the video’s reach only when her friends started calling her. “People trolled me for the video too. However, I want them to know my story too” she said. Well, it is one way to give back, ain’t it ??
