A video that shows a woman arguing with traffic police after being caught for drunk and drive is going viral in social media platforms. She could be seen confronting the officials to give her vehicle key and promises to go in 20 kmph speed to reach her house. The woman also says that she has no money or job to pay the fine amount and admits that she has been driving in an intoxicated state for a long time and questioned police why they are questioning her now.

Identified as Meena from Velacherry, the woman seemingly went to drink alcohol with her friends which is also evident through her own statement. The incident took place at Saidapet area of Chennai city. While being asked to blow in the breathalyzer, she initially refused and co-operated with the Police after they promised her to give her bike key if she blows.

Police found the percentage of 183℅ at the machine and asked Meena to get her vehicle in the morning. However, the woman refuses to go and started arguing with the officers as they failed to keep their words. “You said you will give my vehicle if I blow but now you are changing your words. I’m clear only” says Meena and goes on to add that she kept her license in her house.

“I won’t go beyond 20 kmph” she says to the Police to get her vehicle. “Finally, you are showing your bravery to a woman” she confronts. “Who is not drunk?? I’m driving my vehicle in this state in daily manner. Why are you questioning me today? If you impose fine against me, I won’t pay. I have nothing” she further says.
