Reacting to an article on how and why Madhavan is getting trolled in social media platforms, The actor himself came up with a tweet through his official twitter handle, saying that he deserves the online troll for calling “Almanac” as “Panchang” in Tamil. The actor said that it is very ignorant of himself and added that it didn’t change the fact on what was achieved in the Mars with just two engines.

“Rocketry : the nambi Effect” is an upcoming film based on the biography of scientist Nambi Narayanan. He was falsely accused of espionage. The film is believed to be about Narayanan’s days as a graduate student at Princeton University, before exploring his work as a scientist and the false espionage charges placed upon him. Madhavan is turning director for the first time through this project.

Madhavan, in a recent press meet ahead of the release of his upcoming film “Rocketry : the nambi effect”, said that the scientists at ISRO relied on the Panchangam (Hindu almanac) to launch the Mars mission precisely. In his long speech, Madhavan talked about the three engines that are used to launch the rocket and explained about how foreign countries lack what advantage we have through “Panchangam”.

Madhavan’s speech became a subject to severe online troll and veteran Indian scientist Mayilswamy Annadurai was questioned to comment on the same. “Almanac is something that is used across the world but experimenting a space travel with the use of to in Mars which was found 1000 years ago is impossible” said the ace Indian scientist. “We use a different Almanac which is changing time to time. The Almanac we use was created after several scientific research and computer stimulation” Mayilswamy Annadurai said in the recent interview he provided to Thanthi TV.

“Considering the places where planets are located, the moving of the planets, the place where we are in the earth, how the PSLV would travel, we would send the rocket. There is no use of Panjangam nowadays” Mayilswamy Annadurai said. Reacting to an article which was about why Madhavan is getting trolled, the actor replied writing “🙏🙏I deserve this for calling the Almanac the “Panchang” in tamil.
