Some of the fans of actor Sivakarthikeyan also made comparisons with Dhanush and other notable actors.

It all started after fans of actor Sivakarthikeyan flaunted about the box office collection made by their favourite star’s movie in Tamil nadu state alone and said that there are no other actors other than Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vijay and Ajith has achieved the feat. Fans of actors Suriya and Dhanush got irked by the claim and started countering it stating the achievements made by their idols. Sivakarthikeyan fans claimed that “Don” made Rs. 88 crore collection in Tamil nadu state.
