Vairamuthu Posted A Tweet Praising Indian Air Force !! Here’s How Chinmayi Reacted !!
India Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale confirmed at a press conference on Tuesday that the Indian Air Force had carried out a strike inside Pakistan, targeting a Jaish-e-Mohammad training camp. “A very large number of Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists, trainers, commanders and groups of jihadis who were being trained for fidayeen [suicide] action have been killed”, he said.
This was a reaction to the deadly Pulwama attack, in which 40 CRPF jawaans lost their lives on February 14. According to reports, the strike took place at 3:30AM, using 12 mirage fighter jets that destroyed various terrorist regions including Balakot, Muzaffarabad, Chakothi. While several Bollywood celebrities took to their respective social media accounts to laud the officers of the India Air Force, south Indian superstars are nowhere left behind to appreciate the strike.
Lyricist Vairamuthu who has written more than 7,500 songs and poems also expressed his gratitude through his twitter account. In his tweet the writer wrote “போர்மீது விருப்பமில்லை. ஆனால், தீவிரவாதத்தின் மீது தீ வைப்பதைத் தவிர வேறு வழியில்லை. ஆகாய வீரர்களே! அசகாய சூரர்களே! அண்ணாந்து பார்த்து வணக்கம் சொல்கிறோம்.#IndianArmyRocks #revengeforpulwama #IndianArmyOurPride”

Being one of the prominent lyricist of Tamil cinema, Vairamuthu recently caught up in a major controversy named #MeToo where he was accused by singer Chinmayi for sexual harassment.
At the time when he was accused, Vairamuthu has not posted any tweet but released a clarification video other than which there were no statements from his side for Chinmayi’s series of tweets and selfie video allegations.
Now as the Lyricist has posted a tweet after very long time Chinmayi reacted to it through her official twitter account. Replying to a journalist Chinmayi said “His Twitter feed doesn’t have any tweet about him donating to any flood / cyclone / Tsunami or any other social cause until #MeToo. He also did NOT praise the Government for the previous surgical strike. His long political experience is evident in his image-rebuilding exercise.”
