Stalin led DMK has won the Tamil Nadu election 2021 as the party and its allies have secured over 150 seats, dethroning the ruling AIADMK. A party needs to cross a majority mark of 118 to emerge as a winner in the 234-member Tamil Nadu assembly. MK Stalin-led DMK will be returning to power after a hiatus of 10 years. With the DMK winning the assembly polls, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K. Palaniswami has sent his government’s resignation to Governor Banwarilal Purohit.
Since the result emerged, supporters of other parties has been criticizing him in various ways. Hashtags such as “Resign Stalin” were trending in social media site even before the DMK leader taking oath as the state’s chief minister. Now, Gayathri Raguramm, President of Art & Culture Wing of BJP Tamil Nadu, uploaded a tweet in her official twitter account, trolling Stalin.
“The State assembly is going to be fun. Too much content for meme makers. I’m wondering if he can do it with or without bit paper. Kalakpovadhu yaru in state assembly itself.. will not miss even single day. I’m a big fan of his comedy. He will beat vadivel sir.” tweet of Gayathri Raguramm read.
