The Apple i Phone X is considered to be one of the best smartphones around as it comes with all the high-end specifications and premium design. But did you know that apart from good looks the Apple iPhone X is also quite sturdy and can handle a fall from 1000 feet. Yes, you read it right.

A video is posted online by a YouTube channel named TechRax. The video shows the iPhone X being dropped for the height of 1000 feet from California’s tallest bridge.

The video shows the iPhone X flipping 12 times when falling down. The person who conducted the drop test filmed the entire session. The host of the video goes to the bridge and then after recording few shots of the iPhone X drops it down from there. After that you will notice the iPhone X flipping in the air and then landing on the ground. The host then goes down the bridge in order to check the condition of iPhone X.

To your surprise, the iPhone X survives this drop test. Despite the huge distance on 1000 feet, the smartphone was in working condition. The screen and the rear panel look bruised and battered but the iPhone was functioning normally without any issue. Moreover, even the shape of the phone remained intact. Running iOS 11, the iPhone X is powered by company’s own A11 Bionic chipset. It is also the first iPhone which comes with facial recognition FaceID feature. The FaceID has replaced Apple’s trademark TouchIDs fingerprint which made their debut in iPhones in 2013. The company claims that FaceID is powered by TrueDepth camera system on the front.
