Nerkonda Paarvai is one of the most anticipated Tamil films in recent times. Starring Ajith, Shraddha Srinath, Abirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang, the film is directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor.

The social-drama, which released worldwide on August 8, opened to packed houses all over the country. Trade reports suggest that the film’s opening day collections are huge, but did not beat Ajith’s previous record (Viswasam).

As soon as the movie released, reviews keeps on pouring from all over the Internet. Almost every reviewer of Kollywood appreciated the film except Blue Satta Maran. The man who is known for his funny phrases and negative reviews, thrashed “Nerkonda Parvai” for the flaws in the female characters of the movie. He also trolled the flashback portion of Ajith Kumar and Vidya Balan. “People who missed to go out in interval can go during these scenes without a second thought” says Maaran while talking about the Vidya Balan’s portion. He is not very much impressed with the with the fight sequences of the film as well.

However he appreciated the decision made by Ajith Kumar to play the lead role in the movie as it creates awareness among vast number of audience. He also accepted the theme of the movie which is “No means No”. Maaran says that the victim characters in the movie are not very much relatable.

On seeing his review, former Bigg Boss contestant, actress and dance choreographer, Gayathri Raguramm thrashed him by alleging that it is a biased review. In one of her tweet she said “He thinks girls who drink smoke laughs and touch and speak to him thinks she is easy to bed with. He must have been one of them who would have molested girls and he must have harassed her in young age or still doing things. That’s why his reviews r like this.”
