As the first and second look posters Thalapathy 63 which is now “Bigil” released, fans of the actor are very much excited to witness the movie in big screen. Directed by Atlee, the movie went on floors in January, majorly shot in a specially-erected football stadium set at the EVP Studios in Chennai. Others who have been brought on board for this film apart from Thalapathy Vijay include Nayanthara as the lead actress, Jackie Shroff as the antagonist. Kathir, Vivek, Daniel Balaji, Anandraj, Indhuja Ravichandran etc.

The first look of the poster has Vijay in two looks. The actor who was acted as an athlete in number films in the past, now appearing as an aspiring footballer in Bigil which is proved through one of the looks in the poster. With jersey number 5, the young Vijay is seen tossing a Manchester United football casually where the older Vijay terrorizing with his intense look in the first look poster.

Unlike the first one, the second look poster has four different get ups of the actor. As two of the looks are already revealed in the first look poster,one of the other two looks shows Vijay donning a suit with a travel bag in his shoulder and the other one shows him wearing a jersey which is printed as “Michael” behind it.

On seeing the second look, Lokesh Kanagaraj who is going to direct the actor in his next film got excited and expressed it through his official twitter account. Lokesh Kanagaraj is presently busy with the post-production of Karthi-starrer Kaithi. For Thalapathy 64, he has retained the core technical crew of Kaithi which includes cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan and editor Philomin Raj.

Lokesh uploaded the second look poster and wished the actor for his birthday. In his post he wrote “Happy birthday @actorvijay na!

On seeing this post, Rathna Kumar who rose to fame through directing “Meyaatha Maan” replied to it. The Director who is awaiting for his next release “AADAI” assumed that Lokesh could have seen the poster earlier as he is going to work with Vijay in his next. In his reply tweet he wrote “Athaavathu nee 2nd look aa ippa thaan paakura. Ithuku munnadi unaku ethum theriyaathu. Ithu ulaga maga nadippu da saami 😆😜” (So we have to believe that you are seeing this poster only now. You didn’t know anything earlier. This is world level acting)

Lokesh who seems to have a good bonding with Rathna sweared on him and said that he happen to see the poster only during the time of it’s release.

Thalapathy 64 will be bankrolled by producer Xavier Britto. Recently, Vijay met the producer along with his family. A photo of Vijay with the producer of Thalapathy 64 went viral in social media recently.
