Actress Nivetha Pethuraj, during her recent question and answer session with her Instagram followers, answered to someone who questioned her for not doing any Tamil project of late. To the follower who asked whether she forgot her Tamil audience, the actress replied back saying that “Tamizh” is her mother tongue and would definitely give a come back once she gets a right project.

Actress Nivetha Pethuraj who predominantly appeared in Tamil films during the initial stage of her acting career, is currently concentrating in playing lead roles in Telugu films. She who gained enough fame among the audience of Telugu film industry by acting in films such as Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Red, Chithralahari, Brochevarevarura etc, was last seen in “Pon Maniclavel” in Tamil with Prabhu Deva. The film directly got released in hotstar.

Nivetha Pethuraj is one of the many emerging actresses who is pretty much active in social media platforms. The actress who is known for appearing in “Oru Naal Koothu” film has a separate fan base in social media platforms where she lets her followers know about her daily routines, film updates etc.

Having more than 30 lakh followers in Instagram, Nivetha Pethuraj is enjoying a decent sum of followers in Twitter as well. On Wednesday, the actress conducted a question and answer session in Instagram and came across a question from a fan who asked whether she forgot Tamil audience.

Before “Pon Manickavel” which didn’t reach the audience as expected, the last Tamil film Nivetha made her presence was in Vijay Sethupathi’s “Sanga Tamizhan” which was released in the year 2019.

“Kollywood epo varuveenga, Tamil audience maranthuteenga pola” the fan questioned to which the actress replied back “Sathyama Marakkala. . Athu ennoda Thaai Mozhi, so nalla oru script amanjathuna kandipa panlam. . seekrmave” which is roughly translated as “Promise, I didn’t forget Tamil audience. Tamizh is my mother tongue and I will definitely do a projects as soon as I get a good script”

The actress also answered to questions such as which lifestyle is better comparing to a celebrity’s and a comman man’s and how she always stays positive etc.

On the work front, Nivetha is expected to be seen in two Telugu projects namely “Bloody Mary” and “Virata Paavam”
