Tamil actor Suriya got stunned after seeing a video of Top Hollywood actor Tom Cruise pulling off risky stunts effortlessly, for his upcoming film Top Gun. The actor said that the stunt looks unbelievable through his tweet. Not only Suriya, many other notable personalities from Indian film industry expressed their admiration towards the stunts performed by the 60 year old actor.

The actor who is known for performing some death-defying stunts in his films, will be seen jumping off a steep cliff with a motorcycle in the upcoming seventh installment of the mission impossible series. A glimpse of the scene was shown in the first teaser.

The recently released Behind the screen video shows how the actor prepared to perform the deadly scene.The video starts with a voiceover of Tom cruise who says “This is far and away the most dangerous thing we have ever attempted. This will be a motorcycle jump off a cliff into a base jump. I have wanted to do this since I was a kid”

Further, the video shows coaches and experts explaining how Tom Cruise underwent one year of base jumping training and canopy training to prepare for the student. Shots show the actor base jumping off an airplane with the experts in tow. The action then moves to the ground where Tom practices on a motorcross bike. The crew explains that they build a motorcross track for the actor to practice on and he is comfortable jumping over 70-80 feet table tops with ease.

Further, the stunt crew detailed that Tom did 500 skydives and 13,000 motorcross jumps to prepare for the stunt. They then built a replica ramp in England for Tom to stimulate the motorcycle jump and get it right before moving to norway to prepare the actually stunt.

The BTS video became huge hit with many heaping praises over it. Tamil actor Suriya shared the video in his twitter timeline and said “Unbelievable!!! Woooowww!!!!”
