Natpe Thunai marks Aadhi’s second film as lead hero and is directed by D Parthiban Desingu, who has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues. Anaga is performing the role of Hiphop Aadhi’s girlfriend in this movie, which is said to be a sports based entertainer laced with family, friendship, love, humour and sentiments.

The star-cast comprises of RJ Vignesh Kanth, who was last seen in box-office debacle Dev, Pandiarajan, Kousalya, ‘Eruma Saani’ fame Vijay, Harish Uthaman, Shaara, ‘Pazhaya Joke’ Thangadurai, Ajay Ghosh, Chutti Aravind, Vinod, Gugan, Put Chutney fame Raj Mohan, Bijili Ramesh and Ashwin Jeromi. The technical crew includes Arvind Singh (Cinematography) of Demonte Colony and Iravukku Aayiram Kangal fame, Benny Oliver (Editing), Ponraj (Art), Santhosh and Sivaraack Shankar (Choreography), Pradeep Dinesh (Stunts). The film is produced by Sundar C for Avni Movies, who bankrolled Aadhi’s maiden lead hero vehicle Meesaya Murukku.

Meanwhile the trailer of the movie released yesterday and the makers conducted a special launch for that. Sundar C, the producer of the movie during his speech heaped praise on everyone who worked hard to make the movie. While his speech the director cum producer said that he is very happy when he heard the social message in the movie. “I never regretted for the delay that the movie made as everyone was sincerely worked for the movie.” said Sundar.C in the launch.

In this Natpe Thunai trailer launch Sundar C revealed why he stopped doing movies like Anbe Sivam which is now following a cult classic but a box office bomb during the time of it’s release. “As a director I couldn’t give social message to the audience as they expect pure entertainment from me. If I give social message in my movies people give me results like they give for Anbe Sivam. Through people like Aadhi, I could able to give message to people which is making me happy.”

Further the director advised “Ermasaani” fame Vijay not become hero as there is a huge space in Tamil cinema for a comedian. I am a huge fan of Vijay who hails from Coimbatore in the list which consists me and Aadhi. I am really impressed with his performance in this movie which I expect him to do in coming movies as well. People will ruin true artists lives by making him a hero. First earn some money by acting as a comedian and then spend it in becoming as hero” laughed Sundar C on stage.

Sources say Natpe Thunai is gearing up to hit the screens sometime in March. Meanwhile, Hip-hop Tamizha has recently confirmed that his next directorial venture would be a black comedy.
