In one of his Instagram posts a couple of months ago, Sugi Vijay, Deepika’s ex-boyfriend, announced his return after a long break. The caption of his post read, “That ‘Naa innum uyiroda thaan iruken’ post,” accompanied by a picture of himself posing. Among the many comments, one follower urged Sugi Vijay to stay away from Deepika’s life and not cause any harm. Sugi Vijay responded graciously, writing, “Alright, bro. Thanks, bro.”

Another follower accused Deepika of defaming Sugi Vijay, to which he replied, “Thappu thalaiva. Avunga nammala pathi pesama irundha podhum. Avunga life nalla irukatum 🙌🏼.” When a follower asked Sugi Vijay if he would grow a beard after Deepika’s marriage, he clarified that such situations were not a part of his life. Deepika clarified to her followers that her husband, Raja Vetri Prabhu, is older than her. She explained that there was wrong information on Wikipedia and addressed those who believed that Raja was younger than her.

“He looks younger than me because his face is smaller. Actually, he was born in ’96, and I was born in ’97. He is one year and ten months older than me,” Deepika explained in a video response to one of her followers.
