Post the release of “Vendhu Thaninthathu Kaadu”, makers of the film conducted a “Thanksgiving” meet. In the event, Simbu addressed about the people who body shamed him in the past. The actor said that no one should humiliate others based on their body and pointed out the few people who made derogatory comments about him. In reply, movie reviewer Blue Sattai Maaran has been posting tweets revealing how the lyrics of his songs in the past body shamed others.

“You couldn’t make any remark about my body in this film. I am not telling you all but those who made such comments will know. You can criticize a film but you can’t make cheap comments about an individual. I can accept such comments and move on but not everyone. Don’t make personal comments” the actor said during his speech.

In the review of “Vanthaa Rajavaathan Varuven”, reviewer Blue Satta Maaran trolled Simbu’s physique saying that there is no difference between himself and Yogi Babu. “Watch the scenes of Yogi Babu carefully because we can’t figure who is who  as Simbu and Yogi Babu looking the same” Blue Satta said in the review.

Now, after Simbu’s speech, Blue Satta has been posting tweets showing how the lyrics of the actor’s song used to be toxic and body shaming.
