Actor Kaali Venkat of “Soorarai Pottru” and “Irudhi Chuttru” fame got upset on seeing a media portal exaggerating the statements he made regarding the COVID 19 experience he went through a month ago. He uploaded the screen shot of the news and asked the media portal to be responsible while updating news. Actor Ramesh Tilak who suggested him to uploaded the awareness video also trolled the media portals by sharing the screen shots of the headlines they made based on the video released by Kaali.

Kaali Venkat who debuted to Tamil film industry in the year 2010, gained fame after acting in films such as “Thegidi”, “Mundasupatti”, “Kodi”. On Tuesday, he uploaded a video in his twitter timeline, narrating about the ordeal he went through after getting infected with the COVID 19 virus. “It is a kind of awareness creating video. When I was reluctant about making this video, Ramesh Tilak ( Soodhu Kavvum, Kaaka Muttai fame) scolded me and suggested me to share my experience” Kaali Venkat said in the video.
“I myself became one of the victims of the second wave of COVID 19 virus. I suffered with all the symptoms such as Fever, cough, suffocation for 22 long days. When I made a CT scan, the result showed me 12 out of 25. Doctors told me that it is something that should be taken seriously. I was about to get admitted in an hospital and my oxygen level showed me 82-84, don’t remember the exact number”
“When they asked me to get admitted, there was no space as usual. It happened last month. My friend doctor Murugesh Babu helped me right from the beginning. I followed his instructions and took the medicines he suggested. Preventing the virus from infecting us is the only solution. Though if we get infected, we should not panic. I didn’t get panic as I realized that there is no use of it. I finally got recovered slowly” Kaali further siad.

“I made this video to convey that we should take the precautions to avoid getting infected and even if we get infected, we shouldn’t panic” he added.

Many media portals used to the video and made stories with titles exaggerating the narration of the actor. Uploading screen shot of one such news, Kaali said “You have 1.8 million followers, Please post news with responsibility. Watch the video first. I got infected in March month and made a video sharing my experience now. What made you to write such title ?? I went to a hospital of one of my friends and couldn’t find bed there, that’s it” Kaali said in the video.
