The film’s producer, CV Kumar, has revealed that the cast for the second installment has been finalized and that filming will commence on April 17th, 2023.

Soodhu Kavvum 2 will be a proper sequel and not a standalone film, according to Kumar, and will contain a lot of elements that connect it to the first part.
