Shriya Saran is a popular Indian actress who has worked in various film industries including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam. She was born on September 11, 1982, in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. She was raised in Ranipur, a small town in Haridwar district. Her father Pushpendra Saran was a businessman and her mother Neeraja Saran was a chemistry teacher. She got married to Andrei Koscheev, a Russian tennis player and businessman, on March 19, 2018. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony at her residence in Mumbai.

Apart from Telugu films, Shriya Saran has also worked in Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam films. She made her Tamil debut in the film “Enakku 20 Unakku 18” (2003) and later went on to work in successful films such as “Mazhai,” “Thiruvilaiyaadal Aarambam,” and “Kanthaswamy.” In Bollywood, she made her debut with the film “Tujhe Meri Kasam” (2003) and went on to work in films such as “Awarapan,” “Mission Istanbul,” and “Drishyam.”

Shriya Saran has received several awards for her performances in films. She won the Nandi Award for Best Actress for her performance in “Tagore” (2003) and the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress – Telugu for her performance in “Chatrapati” (2005). She was also nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Tamil for her performance in “Sivaji” (2007).
