Samantha conducted question and answer session with her followers after the release of “Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaathal” and complimented Nayanthara for her hard work and dedication towards work while answering to a follower who asked her to tell few words about the Lady Super star. The actress answered to few other questions including about her experience in working in a film like “KVK” and receiving love and hate at the same time.

Lady Super star Nayanthara and “Oh Baby” star Samantha became close friends during the shooting of “Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal” directed by Vignesh Shivan. On the last day of the film’s shooting, Nayanthara who is jointly producing the movie through her “Rowdy Pictures” gifted a beautiful pair of earrings to Samantha, sharing the picture of which the latter thanked the former with her whole heart.

Touted to be a film on “Polyamory”, the film is based on a humorous love triangle between Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha and Nayanthara. After releasing on 28th of April, the film is receiving mixed reactions from the fans and critics.

Nayanthara has played the role of ” Kanmani” in the film whereas Samantha did “Khathija” and the character name of Vijay Sethupathi is “Rambo”. Prabhu, Sreesanth, Kala master has led the supporting cast.

Post the release, the “Oh Baby” star conducted an “Ask Sam” session with her followers and answered to a question based on Nayanthara. “#Nayanthara is #Nayanthara💕there is no one like her . On the day of the wrap, an overwhelmed Samantha who received a precious gift from her co-star Nayanthara, shared the picture of it and said “Thank you Darling Nayan” through her story. The picture showed two beautiful earrings with a note that says “Dear Khatija, With Love Kanmani” written by Nayanthara presumably. A video of Nayanthara tightly hugging Samantha during dubbing session also did rounds in Internet platforms.
