On any normal day a visit of the Prime Minister would be celebrated with saffron flags hoisted all across the city, last time what Chennai did was different and sported black as its predominant colour.

Hundreds of protestors wearing black with black flags and black balloons have been raising anti-Modi slogans and have been demanding the formation of the Cauvery Management Board.
Just as PM Modi was to arrive, men with black flags climbed on top of hoardings and released black flags and balloons outside Chennai Airport.
As it was in that way, S.Ve Shekar, a member of BJP recently tweeted a post in which hje said that Modi is getting Royal welcome wherever he goes. The actor turned politician known for his controversial statements in his social media accounts. For example, he was searched by police recently for one of his Facebook post regarding an issue which was caused because of Tamilnadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit patted on a female journalist’s cheek.

For this post the reactions he received are mostly negative and most of the people reminded him of Modi’s Chennai visit where Black Balloons hoisted opposing his arrival. Check out some of their comment here :
