RJ Balaji Slams People Who Wants Sanju Samson In Indian Team !! Here’s Why !!

RJ Balaji who made his debut as protagonist through the movie LKG earlier this year, is still doing commentary for cricket matches. His commentary during the IPL season was loved by many as he relates with common people easily with his witty statements.

He is also known as a socially responsible person for the efforts he made along with actor Siddharth during Chennai floods. The movie he debuted as protagonist is also a political satire which made people think how important it is to vote for a good politician. Known for raising voice for injustice, the radio jockey made a statement on the negligence of BCCI in considering Abhinav Mukhund’s performance in Vijay Hazare trophy.

Balaji even slammed those people who are wanting Sanju Samson in the national team for scoring a century recently. Abhinav Mukund has played for India in seven Test matches. He is the captain of Tamil Nadu and has captained India A on several occasions. The 29 year old was a member of Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL. He did commentary in the last season of IPL along with RJ Balaji. \

In his post, RJ Balaji wrote “Everytime someone who had played IPL hit a single 50/100,People want them in Indian team. @mukundabhinav is d only man to score 500+ runs thrice in Vijay Hazare trophy,second highest scorer ths season- 600 runs,Average- 52+,forget Indian side not even picked for Deodhar trophy.!” in his twitter post.

Followed by that Balaji also reminded everyone that Mukund was dropped from Indian team after scoring 81 runs for team India. He also encouraged the cricketer to keep fighting to get a place in team India.

On seeing these posts, Mukund who felt grateful, thanked the actor/comedian and said that he feels bad for not getting recognition. “Thank you brother for your show of support. Its quite disappointing to not get recognition sometimes but we put our head down and keep moving along.” his tweet read.
