On Wednesday morning, a rumour did rounds in social media platforms saying that a rift took place between director Bala and actor Suriya in the shooting spot of the film which is tentatively titled as “Suriya 41”. It was reported that the actor lost cool over the behavior of Bala and left from the spot which was at Kannyakumari.

However, in a way of brushing off the same, the actor, through the official Twitter handle of his production house, announced that the first schedule of the film got completed and next schedule is about to take place in Goa and made it sure that no rift had took place between himself and director Bala.

Suriya and Bala collaborated in films such as “Pithamagan”, “Bala” in the past. More than their connect as actor-director, the duo share a special bonding between them as the actor feels that Bala had belief in him when no one did.

“He had faith in me more than I have had myself.. He introduced a new world to me and gave me this identity… 20 years later, I stand before him with the same enthusiasm… With Appa’s blessings, another beautiful journey with my Bala Anna begins… Need all your love and wishes as always..!” Suriya said in his Instagram post before the shooting of the film started.

Reports on Krithi Shetty, Mamitha Baiju getting on board for the project as heroines were surfaced after the shoot started. On Wednesday, a report widely got circulated saying that a rift took place between Suriya and Bala as a result of which the actor left the shooting spot out of anger. It was said that Bala was not happy about Suriya acting in Vetri Maaran’s “Vaadi Vaasal” and expressed his unhappiness over the same.

Brushing off such fake reports, Suriya’s production house “2 D Entertainments”, came up with a post saying that the 34 days schedule got completed in Kanyakumari and the next schedule of 15 days is being planned to take place in Goa. “After the successful completion of the 1st schedule of 34 days in Kanyakumari, #Suriya41 is ready for the next stage! The next schedule of 15 days is all set to start in Goa in June after extensive set work!” read the post of 2D.
