Radheshyam’s desperate act of climbing on top of a water tank in Bharatpur sent shockwaves through the city. Despite his earnest efforts, he faced countless hurdles in his quest for employment and had spent three years seeking assistance from various ministers and MLAs without success.

When Cabinet Minister Vishvendra Singh learned about Radheshyam’s plight, he personally visited the scene. Using a loudspeaker, the minister urged the young man to come down from the water tank, citing his own health concerns. Moved by the minister’s emotional plea, Radheshyam descended the stairs and held the minister’s feet, sharing his pain and anguish. Minister Vishvendra Singh assured him that he would receive a compassionate job appointment soon and advised him against resorting to such extreme actions in the future.
