“Price Of Chief Minister’s Cooling Jacket Is Rs. 17 Crore” – Netizen!! Check Finance MinisterPTR’s Reply

Tamilnadu finance minister Palanivel Thiagarajan, on seeing a comment of a Twitter user spreading a fake news about the price of the jacket Chief minister MK Stalin used to reach Dubai, suggested the Tamil Nadu IT wing to take appropriate action against the individual named “Thanga Arul”.

On his first overseas visit since assuming office, Tamil nadu chief minister MK Stalin landed in Dubai on Thursday. Consul General of India in Dubai Aman Puri received the Chief minister. Industries Minister Thangam Thennarasu and senior officials of the Tamil Nadu government accompanied the Chief Minister on his trip.

It has been reported that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister will be meeting businessmen in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and invite them to invest in the state. According to sources, the Chief minister would be meeting Mohammed Al Wadaey, CEO of group of Farabi Petrochemicals ; Azad Moopen, chairman and managing director of Aster DM Healthcare and many other UAE ministers along with Indian businessmen and professional groups. It has been reported that nearly 60 top persons from the business fraternity have been invited.

The TN CM will also inaugurate the Tamil nadu pavilion at the Dubai expo 2022. A team from guidance, the nodal agency instrumental in bringing investments into Tamil nadu, will be present at the venue. After this, MK Stalin along with his business delegation will be visiting the Jebel Ali free trade zone.

Earlier in the day, senior ministers Durai Murugan, K. N Nehru, E. V Velu, K. Ponmudi and M. R. K Paneerselvam were among those who sent him off from Chennai air Terminus. Some of the chief minister’s family members are already in Dubai, says reports.

Meanwhile, replying to a tweet of Tamil Nadu finance minister PTR, a twitter user published a fake news saying that the jacket Chief minister wore to visit Dubai worth Rs. 17 crore and his post involved PTR’s name too.

Ruling out the comment by striking it as “Fake”, PTR, in a tweet, wrote “This could be the first submission for Tamil Police’s newly formed IT department. This fool didn’t understand the consequence his fake tweets are going to make” and went on to say that “Sanghi’a shouldn’t go beyond whatsApp poison”
