Pavni Reddy and Amir, contestants on Bigg Boss Tamil 5, have been making headlines due to Amir’s open declaration of love for Pavani on the show. The couple recently won the finale of BB Jodigal 2, a show they participated in as a pair, and Pavni has finally accepted Amir’s proposal.

Pavni Reddy is a model-turned-actress who made her Bollywood debut in 2012 with the movie ‘Login’. She has acted in a few Telugu and Tamil movies, but gained fame after starring in the Tamil serial ‘Rettai Vaal Kuruvi’ in 2015. That same year, she also played the female lead in the Sun TV serial ‘Pasamalar’.

During the making of ‘Pasamalar’, Pavani fell in love with Telugu actor Pradeep Kumar and they got married on Valentine’s Day in 2014. However, Pradeep died by suicide in May 2017. The actress suffered from mental and physical illnesses after his death and took a long time to recover.

Pavni became a household name after participating in Bigg Boss 5, where she was the runner-up. She met dance choreographer Amir on the show and they paired up in BB Jodigal Season 2. Rumors started circulating that the couple were in love.

Pavni and Amir won the title of BB Jodigal 2 and she announced that they are indeed dating and that she had accepted his proposal earlier. Recently, during a televised show, Pavni was asked what one thing she would wish for from her past in her present life.

Pavni replied that she would wish for her late husband to come back as she lost him for no reason and wished that he was still alive. She also warned that her answer should not be taken to mean that she is two-timing Amir and her late husband. The 34-year-old actress stated that she is in a happy zone with Amir now and he is the best thing that has happened in her life. Her response has won over netizens, who appreciate her frankness and the love she still holds for her late husband.

Recently Actress Pavni posted a Question Answer Section on her Instagram Account in which, one of her fan questioned her “You have married Amir secretly and you didn’t disclose it to us?”. Actress Pavani replied ” So you guys confirmed i got pregnant last month and later they told we broke up, and now we secretly got married, NEXT WHAT?”. She ended it on a funny note that fans create rumour for which she is not responsible. So this confirms and she has not married Amir yet and may probably get married by end of this year.

Pavni is currently starring in two Telugu movies, ‘Malli Modalaindi’ and ‘Family Matter’, and has been approached to star in a new Tamil/Telugu movie with Amir as the male lead. Being an Indian actres, Pavni is known for her roles in Tamil and Telugu films. She appeared in the blockbuster movie Thunivu opposite Ajith Kumar and was a contestant on Bigg Boss 5 Tamil, finishing as the 2nd runner up. In the Kamal Haasan hosting show, Pavni won the hearts of the viewers by being herself. She met the love of her life in the same show and even talked about the tragedy she faced in her past life. The actress’s bonding with Priyanka Deshpande has a separate fan base among the Television audience who fondly call them as “Pa-Pri”.
