A woman from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, has filed a complaint against her husband and his friends, accusing them of engaging in wife-swapping. The disturbing incident allegedly took place at a house party where the woman’s husband force-fed her alcohol and pressured her to establish a physical relationship with his friend. The police have taken the complaint seriously and have booked nine individuals, including the woman’s husband, his friend, and the friend’s wife, as part of their ongoing investigation.

Details of the Allegation, According to the complaint filed by the woman, who originally hails from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, she married a man from Muradabad and resided with her in-laws in Noida’s Sector 137. She claimed that ever since her marriage, her in-laws had been pressuring her to adopt a more modern lifestyle. Shockingly, her mother-in-law even dictated the days on which she should engage in physical relations with her husband.

The incident in question occurred on April 18 of the previous year when the woman’s husband took her to a flat in Noida’s Sector 75 for a party. At the gathering, his friend and the friend’s wife were also present. Allegedly, the woman’s husband coerced her into consuming alcohol and then demanded that she sleep with his friend. In return, he offered to sleep with the friend’s wife.

Refusal and Threats, Deeply uncomfortable and unwilling to participate in such activities, the woman firmly refused her husband’s request. However, her refusal was met with a threat from her husband, who warned her that he would abandon their relationship if she did not comply with his desires.

Legal Action and Ongoing Investigation, Appalled and traumatized by the incident, the woman mustered the courage to approach the police on June 23 to file a formal complaint against her husband, his friend, and the friend’s wife. The police promptly registered a case based on her allegations and began their investigation into the matter.
