Days after a train got delayed one hour due to passengers who doesn’t have appropriate tickets boarded on reserved compartments and caused discomfort, a twitter user captured a picture of passengers occupying the pathway of a compartment and complained that he can’t even enter the bathroom. Tagging the official Twitter handle of “Railway Seva” which is being operated to solve the issues of passengers who travel in train, replied 8 long hours after the complaint was made and irked the users of micro blogging social media site.

Picture shared by the user named Gowtham, shows a group of people including men and women thronging in a compartment. “Train no 11013. Coimbatore express. Coach no S10 Completely occupied. Can’t use bathroom both the side has been jammed” said the user by sharing the picture.

The tweet was shared at 12 : 58 AM of June 1 and the official Twitter handle of Railway Seva, replied back at 10 : 30 AM with an automated tweet that said “Kindly share your PNR number and mobile no. via DM. Many online users who came across the complaint of the passenger and the response of Railway Seva, condemned the department of Railways for not finding a solution to such issues which is repeatedly causing trouble for public.

“No Action will be taken. Faced this 100+ times.. I felt Indian Railways is world most worst Railway organization.
