Indian Premier League is the most expensive sports tournament in India. Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians have been the two best teams of the Indian Premier League 2019. Starting from Ravichandran Ashwin’s “Mankad” controversy to captain “cool” MS Dhoni losing his temper and breaching the boundary line, IPL 2019 is arguably the most controversial IPL season ever.
Mankading has become a widely discussed topic ever since Ravichandran Ashwin pulled off the mode of dismissal for the first time in this year’s IPL to dismiss Rajasthan Royals’ Jos Buttler. The act from Ashwin evoked mixed reactions from fans and cricketing experts around the globe.
Ashwin received a fair amount of criticism from a certain section of the cricketing fraternity who believed his action to be disgraceful and against the spirit of the game while certain others believed that the off spinner must have at least provided Buttler a warning before running him out.
However Kings 11 Punjab failed to reach the play offs and Ashwin who is not in the world cup squad have initiated a talent hunt in his Gen Next Cricket Institute.
#AshwinFoundation is happy to announce a Talent Hunt for underprivileged children on June 1st and 2nd at SRMC Porur.Qualified ICC certified coaches from @gennextcricket will be there to spot the talent and select them for Cricket scholarship to be awarded by #AshwinFoundation

As the talent hunt initiated today the social media handles of Ravichandran Ashwin and his wife Prithi Ashwin kept updating about the event. Prithi Ashwin while sharing it in her Instagram account added a caption saying “Taking small steps towards a bigger dream. .”

To this tweet one of an online user mocked Ashwin’s Mankad incident by writing “If you want to win this scholarship you have to mankad” to which Prith immediately trolled him back by replying “no. You need to be skilled and passionate about the game. And then @gennextcricket will teach you the rule book and how to run out batsmen.”
In the same manner another user in twitter trolled Ashwin’s mankad incident in twitter to which Prithi posted the screenshot of it. Check out his tweet and Prithi’s reply here :

“It was pretty instinctive. I actually didn’t load and he (Buttler) left the crease,” Ashwin said at the post-match presentation ceremony. “That’s always been my take on it because it’s my half of the crease. I was not even at the crease, he wasn’t even looking at me and he just left the place,” Ashwin said on the day of the incident happened.
