A tweet of a man who received cell phone instead of a bank blew up in twitter. People started asking him about the details of the power bank brand to order the same in Amazon to get a cell phone. The man, after receiving the product, unlike others, asked the permission of Amazon to keep the product and you must see the reply made by the e-commerce website.

Usually, when an item we ordered in online shopping website gets misplaced, we get angry, file complaints and would wage war against the company. But that is not the case with this man who belongs to Kerala’s Malappuram named as Nabeel Nasheeth. The man who ordered a power bank worth Rs. 1400 but received Redmi duo mobile phone worth Rs.8,000 from Amazon online shopping company.

Without keeping the product right away, Nabeel thought informing it to Amazon. He posted a tweet thanking Amazon for giving him the joys of happiness on the Independence day and said that he is delighted to receive the product. He asked Amazon what to do next and politely proposed on keeping the product.

Initially, the official twitter account of Amazon Help, posted a tweet asking him to do a return request and sent him a link to return the product. They also made sure that a power bank will be delivered to him. Check out their tweet here :

Replying to this tweet, Nabeel again asked can he keep the product to Amazon. The online delivery app which understood Nabeel’s request, said he can donate or dispose the product. “I get your concern. You may use the product or donate/dispose it. Appreciate your understanding.” their reply read.
