Madhya Pradesh Government’s Action, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra confirmed that strict action has been taken against Pravesh Shukla, emphasizing that the government will not tolerate such behavior. PRAVESH SHUKLA ARRESTED

Charges and Investigation, In addition to the NSA, Pravesh Shukla has been booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including Sections 294 (Obscene acts) and 504 (Intentional insult to provoke breach of the peace), as well as under the SC/ST Act, considering the victim’s tribal background. The police also questioned Shukla’s wife and parents as part of the investigation into the incident. Meanwhile, the victim, Dasmat Ravat, was also interviewed by the police, although he allegedly claimed that the video was fake and intended to falsely implicate Shukla.
