Not many days ago, a Tamil actor got arrested for selling alcohol bottles illegally. Due to this lockdown, while people who belongs to red spots are finding it hard to buy alcohol, illegal supplies are taking place in many places. Now, to our shock, a report on alcohol bottles being seized from popular actress Ramya Krishnan’s car has been surfaced.

Ramya krishnan is undisputedly one of the most talented actress in Tamil film industry. Known for her versatility, she is busy acting in the films of South Indian film industry even today. Some of the latest significant roles of her are as a Mother cum port actress in Super Deluxe, as Rajamatha in Bahubali etc. However, the movie which gave her the break she needed is the 1999 film Padayappa.

Now, this reports suggests that 96 beer bottles and 8 liquor bottles in her car have been seized by the Chennai Police during a regular check up. Ramya Krishnan’s car innova crysta with the number plate TN07Q 0099 was checked on Thursday as a part of regular check up. The cops have taken Selva kumar from Abhirami Puram into custody and reported the case to the actress, according to a report. He was released on personal bail immediately after the arrest, a report said.

Dinathanthi report said that actress Ramya Krishnan and her sister Vinaya Krishnan were present in the car and permitted the Police officer who proposed for a check up in the car. The check up was took place at the ECR, Muttukadu checkpoint. The liquor was being carried from Mamallapuram to Chennai city where Tasmacs were not allowed to open due to the massive spread of COVID 19.

However, the details on to whom the alcohol bottles belong to, is not yet clarified either by the actress or the Police officials. More details are awaited regarding the same. This incident has created a huge ruckus in the social media platforms among the fans of South Indian films as the actress excelled in both Tamil and Telugu in big time.
