Uttar Pradesh Minister Sanjay Nishad of BJP party stirred controversy after saying that people who live in India must love Hindi language and those who doesn’t like the language should leave the country. While speaking to media, the BJP minister said that people who are against Hindi language will be considered as foreigners or “having relationship with foreign powers”

The statement from the minister emerged as a reflection to the ongoing debate that caused by the tweets exchange that took place between Hindi actor Ajay Devgn and Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeepa. The BJP minister has been facing severe criticisms from the users of online platforms after opining such statement to the media.
It all started after Union Home minister Amit Shah said that people from the different states in India should communicate with each other in Hindi, not in English. Amid the nationwide debate over language, Sanjay Nishad raised his voice supporting Hindi language.
