Dance Choreographer cum actress Gayathri Raguramm shared the leaked audio of YMCA Principal with his female students in which he could be heard expecting sexual favours. Sharing the tweet, Gayathri asked how could one see a school going student in a different way as she is just a child.

Last week, students of YMCA college of physical education, Nandhanam staged a sit-in protest seeking action against George Abraham, their college principal who was earlier booked by police for alleged sexual harassment of a student and other demands.

Nearly 150 students participated in the protest which was called off after police and authorities from the management pacified them. A month ago, The Saidapet all women police station had registered a case against him after he sent obscene messages to a student. He was booked under women harassment act and IT Act.

Police reports suggested that the principal allegedly harassed a 22 year old post graduate student in the guise of providing personal guidance. He got her phone number and kept sending vulgar messages to her, says the reports. The principal evaded arrest and surrendered before a magistrate. He got bail ans returned to work recently, reacting to which students protested.

In an audio released by Nakheeran YouTube channel, George Abraham could be heard persuading a student to comply his sexual favours. He could be heard comprising the student, stating that he won’t open about the matter to anybody.

In another audio, a female student could be heard saying “I very well know that you are inviting me but it is very wrong. You shouldn’t have thought of me that way” after George Abraham said that he wants to get close to her as she is attractive to him.

Sharing the same, Gayathri Raguramm wrote “How could someone see a school student in a different way. She is just a child. Pathetic” in her tweet.
