Ambika’s life came to a tragic end when her lifeless body was discovered in the Kundialantham forest four days ago. Distressed and suspecting foul play, Ambika’s daughter Nandini promptly filed a complaint at the Barkur police station. In response, the local authorities initiated an investigation, seizing Ambika’s body and sending it for a post-mortem examination at the Krishnagiri Government Medical College Hospital.

As the investigation progressed, a special team, led by Barkur Deputy Superintendent of Police Manokaran, was formed to delve deeper into the circumstances surrounding Ambika’s death. During the initial inspection of the crime scene, Ambika’s broken cellphone was discovered lying approximately 30 feet away. Acting on this lead, the police apprehended a man named Etummalai, who had been hiding in his relative’s house. Etummalai was subsequently interrogated, leading to a shocking revelation: he had engaged in multiple sexual encounters with Ambika, for which she had allegedly received compensation.

Ambika received a call from three individuals, including her friends Govindaraj and a 17-year-old boy, who summoned her to the Kundialantham reserve forest. It is reported that Ambika engaged in flirtatious activities with the youths. However, a dispute arose when Ambika requested payment for her involvement. Etummalai claimed that he did not have the money, leading to an argument between the two parties. In a moment of anger, Ambika seized Etummalai’s cellphone. Enraged by her actions, Etummalai and his friends violently attacked.

As a result of the brutal assault, Ambika sustained severe injuries and tragically lost her life at the scene. Abandoning her lifeless body, the trio hastily fled from the forest. The police, following their interrogation of the three individuals, corroborated these details and subsequently apprehended all three suspects.
