Kajal’s preference for the southern industry’s values, ethics, and discipline stems from her experience of working in both industries. She has found that the southern industry is more organized and professional than the Hindi film industry. In the South, there is a greater emphasis on discipline and punctuality, which has helped her to improve her own work ethic. She believes that the southern industry is more inclusive and welcoming to newcomers, as well as being more supportive of established actors.

I started my career in the Hyderabad (Telugu) film industry and the main body of my work is Tamil and Telugu films.
