People have vent out their anger against the Uttar Pradesh Government and the Police. The agony that no major newspapers or channels recorded the case is very well reflected in their comments.

Kajal Singh a teenager was shot by a man named, Vijay Prajapati. Kajal’s father was beaten by Vijay Prajapati over a money dispute. Kajal came out hearing the noise. The moment she saw what was happening Kajal started recording it. Vijay Prajapati was infuriated seeing her shooting a video of him thrashing her father. Vijay Prajapati at once changed his attention towards her. He shot the girl and escaped from the place.

This incident took place on August 20, in Kaidhan village in Gagha area of Uttar Pradesh. The police couldn’t track where the culprit is. They have also announced Rs. 25000 reward to the one that spots the murderer and reports him to the police. The hashtag #JusticeForKajal has been used by everyone who is willing to show their support for the girl and is determined to gain justice for the girl.

People on social media are sharing the news of the teenager’s fatal death. Many are highly disappointed that no national news channels or newspapers have reported the incident. Questions like why the politicians who voice out for everything are silent now, why the Government hasn’t taken action are raised.
