After losing the first test match against Australia in a most humiliating way, India bounced back stronger and won the second test in style. The Ajinkya Rahane led Indian team clinched the victory at the Melbourne cricket ground and made fans extremely happy. From Sachin Tendulkar to Virender Sehwag, former Indian cricket legends lauded Team India’s performance.
“To win a Test match without Virat, Rohit, Ishant & Shami is a terrific achievement. Loved the resilience and character shown by the team to put behind the loss in the 1st Test and level the series. Brilliant win. Well done TEAM INDIA!” wrote Sachin Tendulkar whereas Sehwag said “A really special win at the MCG. Great Determination and great character. Rahane led from the front, the bowlers were terrific and Gill is chill.”

Your team definitely needs to take tuition classes from us on how to play in Australia, you haven't won a test there since 2010. Especially Anderson needs to learn from Ashwin on how to take wickets away from home🇮🇳❤️🔥 pic.twitter.com/ouIkb3JXZv
