An old video of Dhanush saying that he doesn’t know Hindi after pretending to be understanding the language while talking to a north Indian interviewer is going viral now. The video which was shot during the times of “3”, has Shruthi Haasan, Dhanush and Anirudh giving interview to a media channel. Dhanush could be seen shaking his head for a long time, pretending to be understanding what the interviewer was saying and when he was given the mic unexpectedly, the actor literally laughs and confesses that he doesn’t know Hindi. With the help of Shruthi Haasan, the actor refuses to talk the language.

The video is doing rounds in social media platforms now with people dropping hilarious reactions. Many could be seen relating the reactions of Dhanush with how they used to “act” during their academic period when a professor/ teacher was taking a lesson. Being born to Tamil film director Kasthuri Raja, Dhanush made his acting debut when he was 19 years old on the compulsion of his elder brother Selvaraghavan. The actor who is currently considered as an International star as he has handful of projects across the globe, gained the biggest break of his career through “Why This Kolaveri” song which took place in “3” movie directed by his wife Aishwarya Dhanush.

The song became a hit across the world and gained millions of views in Internet platform. Entire country celebrated the song, irrespective of language, region etc. Now, an old video of the film’s main trio being interviewed by a north Indian reported got surfaced in social media platforms. The interviewer who presumably belongs to NDTV, wants Dhanush to comment on how he feels about the wide reach. The actor who was nodding to what the interviewer was saying for a long time, immediately laughs and confessed that he doesn’t know the language.
