Mindless jokes which were trending as mainstream jokes in weekly magazines and news papers a decade ago, are trending in the micro blogging social media site under the hashtag “Aditi Jokes” after the actress made such jokes in the promotional events of her debut movie “Viruman”. On Saturday, the actress wished actor Soori for his birthday and it added fuel to the fire as the users started flooding the comment section with their “Aditi Jokes”.

Aditi Shankar who made her acting debut through “Viruman” alongside Karthi, in a recent fans meet which took place inside a theatre, made a joke about “Sunday and Monday”. Despite the fans in her surrounding enjoyed it, the actress became a victim of severe online troll. With many terming her joke as “cringe”, some users made sarcastic comments on the actress’s intellect.

Prolific filmmaker Shankar has two daughters. His eldest daughter Aishwarya, a doctor, had recently got married to a cricketer named Rohit Damodaran who is known for playing in Tamil nadu premier league. After bankrolling Karthi’s rural blockbuster “Kadaikutty Singham”, the Suriya-Jyothika duo once again came forward to produce his “Viruman” which is touted to be a rural drama.

It has been reported that Director Yuvan Shankar Raja is going to compose music for the 2 D’s production venture. The trailer launch event of the film took place recently in Madurai with the presence of fans and celebrities. It is indeed a massive entry for the younger daughter of the Sivaaji maker as Suriya himself welcomed her through the event and she also had an opportunity to sing alongside Yuvan Shankar Raja.
