Google Stock Images Were Used In “VALIMAI” Motion Poster ??

The most awaited update on actor Ajith kumar’s upcoming film “Valimai” was released on the evening on Sunday and left fans of the actor go gaga over it. Makers of the film released a motion poster and announced that the film will released in the year 2021. The motion poster showed Ajith kumar in a dapper look as a biker and Yuvan Shankar Raja’s experimental BGM grabbed the attention of the fans. Amidst the trending and celebrations, a set of people in social media claimed that the makers of the motion poster have used images from Google stock images and said that it was not from the shooting of “Valimai” movie.
Since the release of Ajith kumar’s “Nerkonda Parvai”, fans of actor Ajith didn’t see a single release. The film got released on 8th of August 2019 and did good at the box office. However, the limited number of action sequences that took place in the court room drama made fans to crave for the next film of him. It was announced that director H. Vinoth is going to direct Ajith again and fans became happy as the filmmaker is known for his intriguing narratives.
Titled as “Valimai”, the film is being produced by Boney Kapoor under his production banner “Boney Kapoor production”. Principal photography of “Valimai” began on 13 December 2019 at Hyderabad. Unfortunately, shooting of the film was suspended in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but resumed in September. It was reported that Valimai is going to get released by the third week of November 2020 coinciding with Diwali. However, the release has been delayed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fans of the actor who are eagerly waiting for the release of the film got extremely upset and requesting for a trailer or teaser update from the film crew. They could be seen expressing their emotions in the comment section of every tweet of the producer. They also kept asking update from the makers by trending hashtags in the micro blogging social media site in a constant manner.
Acclaimed celebrities and sports personalities started receiving “Valimai Update” demands from the fans of Ajith kumar. Months ago, when Prime minister Narendra Modi made a visit to Chennai, fans asked “Valimai” update to him and it is also notable that they made similar demand to Tamil nadu chief minister during one of his election campaigns. England all rounder Moeen Ali, Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin also faced demands on “Valimai” update. Most recently, fans showing a placard asking “Valimai” update at Euro football tournament also released.
On the evening of Sunday, the motion poster was released with much expectations. Showing a series of photographs of actor Ajith kumar in an urban look, the 84 seconds long motion poster promised a complete action entertainer. Watch the motion poster below :
Among the various kind of reactions that surfaced for the poster, a set of people claimed that the opening shot of the poster was extracted from Google stock images. A screen shot could be seen doing rounds in social media platforms in which we could see the same image that appears in “Valimai” motion poster uploaded in pinterest site under Stocksy United page. “Man wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket and helmet on dark …” reads the title of the photograph.

However, fans of actor Ajith are defending it saying that the image was placed in the beginning of the poster to create awareness on wearing helmet as the motion poster contained several bike stunts that are dangerous.
