Friendly online banter between the official twitter handles IPL teams is not something new. When fans thought that the teams stopped trolling each other as the tournament reached its end, Rajasthan Royals took turn and came up with a reply tweet to Delhi Daredevils that cracked up the entire IPL fraternity except the fans of Delhi, RCB and K11P.

Mumbai Indians successfully clinched the title for the 5th time in IPL history. The team which looked the strongest during the league stage, effortlessly won the trophy by winning the qualifier and finals against Delhi Capitals. The Shreyas led team which lost 2 matches against the blue team during the league stage, lost the qualifier and finals to them and made it easy for them to call themselves as the best team of IPL history.

After losing the golden opportunity of winning the team, official twitter handle of team Delhi Capitals, came up with a tweet tagging Rajasthan Royals team and uploaded a picture of Anrich Nortje taking the wicket of Jos Buttler, a key player of Rajasthan team.
“Hey @rajasthanroyals, Here’s to us always entertaining fans on and off the pitch. P. S. Dear RR Admin, let’s carry forward our banter to #IPL2021, where your comebacks are stronger” Delhi’s tweet read.

Rajasthan Royals won the trophy in the inaugural season of IPL tournament with Australian legendary spinner Shane Warne’s captaincy. This tweet of Rajasthan garnered 3 times more likes than the tweet posted by Delhi Capitals. Meanwhile, one of a follower posted a picture of Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Kohli whereas another one asked whether they are also trolling RCB and KX1P. Royals replied to all their comments in a humorous way.
