Video of a set of college studying girls consuming alcohol inside the class room went viral in social media platforms and as a result, college management suspended the 10 students after informing about it to their parents. They were suggested to consult a psychiatrist to provide counselling for their daughters.

For the past few months, videos of school, college studying girls consuming alcohol in public places are surfacing in regular manner. Now, a video of bunch of girls consuming alcohol in class room after mixing it in cool drinks sent shock waves to the users of Internet. The incident happened in a private college that is located in Enathur, Kanchipuram district.

Among the 10, 4 students consumed alcohol according to reports and 6 of them helped them in committing the mischievous act. The viral videos shows the girls mixing alcohol inside a cool drinks bottle and drinking it inside the class room with the presense of their fellow students.

After finding out the students who were involved in such act, college management contacted the parents and relatives of the students and informed them before suspending the students from the college. They were also advised by the college authorities, according to reports.

The college management suggested the parents of the girls to provide medical appropriate counselling for their daughters. District collector has reportedly said that awareness is being made by sending circulars through Department of School Education and District administration to make students stop involving in such malicious act.

Last month, video of girl students consuming alcohol inside government bus went viral in social media platforms. The girls were identified as a government school students. While traveling from Thirukazhukundram to Thachur, the group of girl students were seen drinking alcohol and the video is said to be recorded by one of them.

The incident came to light on 24th of March. Initially, it was believed that the video was an old one but authorities confirmed that it is a latest one. The district educational officer has said that the officials has taken note of the incident and police are conducting an enquiry.
