Famous Heroine’s Husband Accused Of Making Po*n Films For Money!!

Raj kundra, a Mumbai based businessman and husband of pan Indian actress Shilpa Shetty has been accused of making pornographic content in a couple of deluxe hotels which was distributed by OTT platforms for monetary gains, according to the chargesheet of the Maharashtra cyber Police.
Along with Raj Kundra, models Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey and film producer Meeta Jhunjhunwala and a cameraman Raju Dubey, allegedly shot the obscene or porn videos in two suburban five star hotels, as per the charge sheet which was filed before a court last week.
In the case which was filed in 2019, The Cyber Police claimed that Raj Kundra, Director of Armsprime Media Ltd. was engaged in producing and distributing obscene videos on certain websites.
Banana Primee OTT’s Suvajit Choudhary, Umesh Kamath, a staff member of Kundra were named in the 450-page chargesheet. They were accused of producing a web series “Prem Paglani” containing porn content and uploaded it on the OTT platform.
Model cum actress Poonam Pandey is also accused of developing her own mobile app, “The Poonam Pandey”, getting her videos shot, uploading and circulating them with the help of Kundra’s company.
Going by the statements of Cyber Police, Dubey had also shot Chopra’s videos, while Jhunjhunwala is accused of aiding and abetting by scripting and directing stories for her.
It has been claimed that Kundra’s company had “aided and abetted the crime” as it delivered financial benefits from all the other co-accused though aware that such things are illegal, even as they are on the lookout for some other “missing” models who acted in the porn videos or web series.
Kundra was sent to two months custody before getting bail in 2021. The high-profile case was exposed in the swoop by the Mumbai Police crime branch, in which several of the accused were nabbed.
Raj Kundra has been accused of producing around 100 porn movies by the Mumbai Police who frozen the bank accounts of Thakur, one of the accomplices of Kundra who lives in Singapore. The account consists Rs. 6.50 crore, according to the reports surfaced. The Mumbai Police had recorded statements of 43 witnesses in the case, according to it’s supplementary charge sheet which was released in September 2021.
