Elon Musl who has been making headlines across the globe ever since becoming the owner of the micro blogging social media site Twitter, on Monday, fired an employee after seeing the tweet he made against him. The new boss confirmed the same by tweeting “He’s fired” through his official twitter handle.

As it is very well known, Mr. Musk has introduced a number of controversial features, like charging $7 for verified handles, banning parody accounts and killing the grey “official” check for organisations and eminent personalities. Many celebrities have left the platform after Musk became the owner, alleging that it became a “cesspool of bigotry”

On Sunday, the world’s richest came up with a tweet saying “Btw, I’d like to apologize for Twitter being super slow in many countries. App is doing >1000 poorly batched RPCs just to render a home timeline!”

An user named Eric Fronhoefer who claimed that he is developer worked for Twitter, said that Musk’s assessment is wrong. “I have spent ~6yrs working on Twitter for Android and can say this is wrong” his reply read.

While many supported Eric’s claim, a number of users criticized him for confronting Musk as well. A user named “Money Nerd” said that he should have informed about the same to his boss privately.

“I have been a developer for 20 years. And I can tell you that as the domain expert here you should inform your boss privately. Trying to one up him in public while he is trying to learn and be helpful makes you look like a spiteful self serving dev” his reply read.

On seeing the exchange, a user tagged Musk and pointed out the conversation. “With this kind of attitude, you probably don’t want this guy on your team”? the user tweeted to which Musk replied back with a tweet saying ” He’s fired”
