Dushara Vijayan Penned An Enotional Note After The Release Of “Sarpatta Parambarai” !!

Dushara Vijayan who played female lead in the recent sensation “Sarpatta Parambarai” of Pa. Ranjith uploaded an emotional post in her official Instagram account, two days after the film’s release. She who penned an emotional note, opened on how the filmmaker believed in her, despite of many people rejecting her. The actress displayed a performance of her life in “Sarpatta Parambarai” in which she played “Mariyamma”, wife of “Kabilan” (played by Arya).

“Sarpatta Parambarai” which focusses on a boxing clan that was successful at one period, facing down fall due to a raise of a couple of star boxers namely “Vembuli” and “Dancing Rose” from the opposite clan. “Kabilan”, an ordinary daily wager who is an ardent fan of the game, happens to enter the podium to save the pride of his clan and his master “Rangan”. With Arya playing the lead role, an ensemble cast that includes Pasupathy, John Vijay, Dushara Vijayan, Kalaiyarasan, Sanchana Natarajan, John Kokken, Shabeer, Anupama Kumar, Kaali venkat playing the supportive roles.
With majority number of positive reviews, the film is being widely watched by the fans across the globe. Characterizations and Castings are being highly lauded by the audience and critics. The film is also being appreciated for its art work as many could be seen lauding the period drama for bringing the mid 70s in front of their eyes. Throughout the film, Dushara appears as a young girl, mother of a child and an understanding wife in different phases. Perfectly uttering the North Madras slang, the 24 year old Dushara gave life to the character “Mariyamma” effortlessly. In her post, the actress said that she couldn’t forget the release day of the film as she feels complete. “Mariyamma gave me so much happiness and made me feel how people are celebrating her” Dushara said in her post.
Through her post Dushara revealed that many didn’t want he to play the female lead in the film. “When everyone said that I wasn’t an apt casting for “Mariyamma”, Ranjith sir believed in me and said that I am his “Mariyamma”. I can’t thank him enough. A small confidence is enough for everyone to do anything. The confidence sir gave to me, made me give life to Mariyamma” she said in her post.

Dushara said that it makes her happy and scares her at the same time while receiving accolades from public. She thanked writer Tamizh Prabha for helping her in speaking North madras slang fluently and went on to thank many people who are associated with the project. “I will continue to do my job as a performer in the future.
